Diligence, Integrity: these are words I would use to describe how the guys from this shop work. An example comes to mind: I had put my license plate on with bolts that weren't quite right, but did the job. When I got work done on my tailgate here, they swapped the bolts out to the right ones. They could have just used the ones that were on it, but they took extra time to use the right ones. I haven't meet with all the mechanics here, but Devon and Brian have both been very helpful.
Devon at Dicks is fantastic - very understanding and takes the time to make sure you understand what the issue is, even when you're car simple like me. The pricing is fair and communication is clear. I definitely recommend!
So happy to have stopped in for help at the garage. Devon was able to fit me in which was a happy coincidence. The positivity and conversation while waiting made my day and the price was right! Thank you.
