My service stepvan (Cutting Edge Mobile Sharpening) had multiple broken leaf springs. Inspected Monday. New leaf springs arrived Tuesday morning. Work started on truck. By Wednesday afternoon truck done. Mike & staff went above & beyond to get me back in business as soon as possible. Mike also allowed me to sharpen inside my stepvan while in shop so I did not fall so far behind on jobs. Exceptional professional service & communication. Very much appreciated. We had work done on our 2007 workhorse chassie Motorhome yesterday and were very impressed with their knowledge about it. They did all the work that needed to be done in a timely manner and answered questions that we didn't even think to ask which was very impressive. We definitely recommend them to anyone with a motorhome that needs service and/or maintenance.
I had a lot of work done by D&M on my 2006 Jayco Designer and am glad the way Mike had took the time to explain what I had to have done, in detail and reasons why. They had looked after it like it was their's and that is what I appreciate the most. Barry and Ken were great people, they made me feel very confident in the job they did and the knowledge they had to do it. Denise and Cathy were willing to help in getting information for me.
