We were extremely satisfied with the service provided. Vince was very knowledgeable and provided great insight as to computer issues we had. He also made suggestions to enhance our security and how to do computer upgrades. We will definitely consult him with all our computer issues as the need arises.
After contacting Vince about a persistent issue I had with my computer, Vince kindly listed some things that could be the cause. His advice solved my problem and saved me a lot of money! After a lot of frustration, I was ready to buy a new computer, but he found the solution for me. I would trust Vince and give him my future business any day.
Vince was incredibly helpful when explaining our computer and how it worked.(we don’t know much) He got us in very quickly for a fast repair, cleaned up our computer and advised us on preventative things to keep our computer healthy.
