Once again Central Alberta Flooring has done a beautiful job with my new flooring in my new home. The whole team from Jerry and Michael to Zak and his installation team where efficient, courteous and just down right wonderful. Thanks again guys😊

Central Alberta Flooring did the install on our new build home for all our flooring. Due to a manufacturing defect we had issues with the vinyl flooring fairly quickly after we moved in, and they dealt with it very quickly. Even having the issue recur a few times in the first year, they were timely for repairs and when it became obvious it was a larger scale issue, Gerry worked very hard to get it dealt with for us. End result was a new vinyl floor had to be installed and between Gerry and his installer the process was done quickly and with as limited disruption to our lives as possible (in one week we basically had all the old out and the new in). The quality of workmanship for the install has been great and it is obvious both Gerry and his installer take customer service and the quality of the work to heart.

We decided to engage the services and products offered by CENTRAL ALBERTA FLOORING of Red Deer, Alberta for home renovations that we have been undertaking for our residence in Red Deer. Here are the reasons why we chose this company and what our experience was: From the moment I walked into the show room of their beautifully displayed products, there was acknowledgement and immediate assistance from Michael Dowler, their Sales Associate. His knowledge and assistance was invaluable in assisting us in choosing the right products for our flooring project. The choice of flooring selection at this company is vast! There are so many options, yet with the assistance from Michael, I was able to narrow my choices down to a few options and allowed to take home samples to view with the colour scheme of my home decor. When I mentioned to Michael we were renovating our home and also wishing to replace our countertops with Quartz, he asked if I would be willing to have my name forwarded to a company they refer clients to; Stone Industries Inc. located in Calgary, Alberta - www.stoneindustries.ca {This organization was also exceptional to deal with and we love our new countertops, sinks and facets we purchased from this company} Throughout the entire process, Central Alberta Flooring was committed to ensuring our project was well documented, including detailed invoicing and warranty information. This organization uses advanced technology; including laser measuring and planned computerized drawings. Each step of our flooring project was completed within the time frames given, including once the flooring was ordered. This was important to us in order to co-ordinate the timing of other projects we have on the go for the completion of our entire home renovations. All contact with any members of this company were always professional and staff were fully attentive to detail. We are always so pleased when we are able to deal with organizations who are on track with no hidden surprises or extra costs. The installers did an amazing job and we appreciate our bedrooms being done in one piece of carpet with minimal seams used between transition zones. The tradesmen installing our flooring were real craftsmen and a pleasure to have in our home during the two day installation project. We are seniors and have done many new home builds and renovation projects over the years and would highly recommend this company without hesitation. The products we chose were perfect for our new home decor and we feel was of good value. We are so pleased we chose to engage the services from Central Alberta Flooring.
