We've been using Bulletproof for all our office IT and cloud server storage needs. Problems have been minimal and the support system when we have issues has been prompt and patient. Most recent ticket he was helpful with both the issue at hand and additional network questions I had.

The peace of mind using Bulletproof for our office needs is well worth it. Both from reducing any lost productivity to downtime, and a set budgeted IT costs.
