I recently had a hit and run on my car and needed my drivers side door replaced. The manager, Dean, seemed very knowledgeable and they got me in quickly for repair. With some of the negative reviews I wasn't sure what to expect as this was the place my insurance sent me to, but I'm very happy with the results! They were able to promptly source a brand new door from Mazda for my 2012 car, and the paint matches perfectly. The front staff were kind, professional and down-to-Earth people, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. New to Red Deer, so I chose Boyd based only on price (20% less than other quote). Received absolutely excellent and professional service, on budget, faster than estimated delivery. I hope I never need a body shop again, but know exactly where I am going if I do!
Boyd did excellent repairing my jeep, I really appreciated the updates and the print out of the work order involving all the repairs. I was nervous hoping they would pay close attention to details considering it's a insurance claim. They met my expectation and even returned a clean vehicle to me. Fantastic service!!!!
