He gave me suggestions for repairs and also ranked them by importance, so I knew what to fix now and what could wait. I really appreciated the honesty and communication. Big guy auto fit me into their schedule this morning, as my vehicle was overheating. The mechanic checked to see what was wrong and fixed it at the same time! It was a simple fix and they did not charge me anything. And they bought me a coffee while I waited! Best mechanic shop I’ve ever been to and I’ve used their services twice before.
