I really appreciate his confidence and knowledge on the whole situation, and the commitment to getting the furnace running. Probably the friendliest service technician I’ve ever had, I hope his work recognizes how lucky they are to have a good service call tech. I’ve had techs of various trades come and some techs get visibly frustrated and some have even had tantrums - so it’s very nice to have someone calm. took less than 2 hours and the last 45 minutes was because he was committed to getting the built up frost/snow out of the pipe. I feel relieved that the furnace is running and warming up the house. Thanks for staying late! Would recommend!“
