I had Andrew show up to service our dinosaur of a furnace. He showed up very quick, and was super friendly. I really appreciate his confidence and knowledge on the whole situation, and the commitment to getting the furnace running. Probably the friendliest service technician I’ve ever had, I hope his work recognizes how lucky they are to have a good service call tech. I’ve had techs of various trades come and some techs get visibly frustrated and some have even had tantrums - so it’s very nice to have someone calm. took less than 2 hours and the last 45 minutes was because he was committed to getting the built up frost/snow out of the pipe. I feel relieved that the furnace is running and warming up the house. Thanks for staying late! Would recommend!
We were travelling through town at -45 degrees when we got a flat tire. Since it was 10:30pm we thought we would have to find a room and I’d miss work. We drove by this shop noticing the lights still on. Hubby knocked on the door, Mark was gracious and brought us right in. He checked out our tire doing a repair on the spot. Within the hour we were back on the road. He is such an amazing person to help us out in an emergency. Thank you Mark!
