My partner and I were travelling between Hay River, NT and Edmonton, AB and were stranded in Red Earth with a truck that wouldn't start. After making numerous phone calls, we somehow ended up speaking with Kim LeBlanc from Silvertip Mechanical. After a few minutes, we realized that we were 9 hours away from each other, but he was amazing and helped us as much as he could over the phone when he didn't have to.
