Called this morning trying to get see if I could get a receipt for a battery purchased here still under warranty, guy said theres no way for them to pull up cash sale receipts... well the day prior I had already emailed the email listed on there website, an about 2 hours after he claimed there no way to pull this info up.. i got a email back from them an it had the receipt in it. Not leaving a bad review but I do feel as if whoever awnsered the phone wasn't even willing to help me.

My motorcycle broke down (battery trouble) just outside of town late at night. My daughter lives in a neighboring town, she picked me up. The next day we went to Napa and explained what I needed. The wonderful lady that helped me gave me the battery she had in stock to try and if it didn't work to call her and she would immediately order the one I needed so I could pick it up the next day. So she had to order the other battery for me. The battery she ordered had to be filled and charged. I had no way to charge it and was going to have to purchase a charger. I cannot say enough about this business! We were stranded in the Coop parking lot on July 3rd (holiday Monday) with a broken down trailer. Firstly their answering machine gave 4 different after-hours cell numbers and they all either answered or called back. Tom met us at the store to get parts and Marty (my knight in coveralls) went above & beyond to get us fixed up and back on the road. Thank you so much!!!!
