The guys are great here. I came 5 minutes to close with a tire repair, and they got to working on it asap. Although my tire wasn’t fixable, they made sure my spare was all torqued up and filled at the proper psi.

UPDATE: emailed customer service as requested and issues were addressed to our satisfaction. Thank you Brad and Fountain Tire! Seniors from out of town purchased tires. Not balanced, vehicle shimmied and shook like crazy so made appointment to return and got told it would take 2 hours to balance wheels once we got there. Who wants to sit there that long? Not newbies to buying tires or having them balanced. Shoddy workmanship, No quality control. Cost us time and money running back and forth. Now we’ll pay out of pocket to have them balanced. Matt really helped me out. Had to get tires swapped for winter and i had very little time and everyone was busy. Gave me the time of day. The unknown guy who worked on my ride was quick and has my thanks. Would have been in a much more difficult spot. Not the first time these guys have been good to me either. These guys are great and id recommend their service always.
