Mike from Acera was the only insurance company around that treated us like human beings. Patient and kind, informative and knowledgeable. I cannot thank this company enough for taking the time with us and our situation. We had spent a day calling various other local companies and were told that they couldn’t deal with us because quotes were 5-15 days (or more) out and we needed house insurance in less than 10 days for the purchase of our home.
