Normally very happy with this service, but the other day I went for a pedi (and toe paint) and it wasn't as good as usual. She suddenly seemed to be in a rush and didn't buff or file my nails at all. Also no undercoat before polish. I wasn't paying full attention so only fully realized when she was already painting them. I should've spoken up then but was so taken by surprise and confused and felt awkward. I did tell the lady in charge and she apologized. The girl seemed to try to deny it, but it was obvious as you could clearly see all the ridges etc on my toenails. Got an AWESOME Pedicure from Mary & Gel Manicure from Sandy yesterday. Great colors, beautiful mani design fr Sandy, really good leg/foot massage w/pedi fr Mary. All reasonable prices. No wonder men are there for pedicures. Joining my neighbors in highly recommending this nail salon.
We walked in at 5pm on a Friday without an appointment and were seated immediately for pedicures. The ladies were so friendly and accommodating. We left relaxed and with beautiful feet. We can't wait to come back.
