MBL Construction was a pleasure to deal with. We hired them to finish our unfinished walk-out basement. We had 3 months before we had family coming to stay with us for a family reunion, and Jason told us it would take them about 3 months, with timing for permits etc factored in, to complete the job. They did beautiful work, went out of their way to make sure the renovation was finished on time and on budget. There we no hidden charges or add-ons, so the quote was honoured and everyone we met was highly professional. Great renovation experience!

We hired MBL to build out our unfinished basement. Jason, Holly and their team were excellent to work with - from initial consult and design, to choosing finishes, scheduling, and everything in between. They were great at communicating, the team showed up on time and kept the house clean, the workmanship was good quality, and the finishes look fantastic. We would recommend them for any renovation work and are currently getting them out to help us with another project.
