Caroline is super nice and very qualified. I always feel so much better the day after I go for a massage with her. The staff upfront are very polite and make the effort to get to know you. I’ve been going there since they opened and Will continue to be a loyal customer!
I want to say best message I have had! Caroline was professional and had lovely techniques. She makes you feel very comfortable and she knows what she is doing. She pays close attention to detail. I finally have some relief in my left shoulder because of Caroline. I have dealt with shooting nerve pain in my left shoulder for about 3 years. She is the first message therapist that has given my muscles relief of that pain and more range of motion. Thank you Caroline!
I had given a 4 star rating previously, my most recent visit requires 5 stars.The front desk is wonderfully staffed, they are very nice and knowledgeable. Clean and relaxing from start to finish. Highly recommend Nayelli if you like firm massages!
