Arriving through the doors at Balance is comforting and welcoming. The front desk receptionist is delightful and so kind. As someone who never used to get massages, Lauren keeps me returning! She is brilliant with her knowledge and support and always asks the right questions and makes sure that I am comfortable and informed. I always have many questions regarding anatomy and movement ( especially yoga ) and she is happy to educate me. I highly recommend this professional and calming environment to anyone who is in need of physio or massage. Lauren is funny, kind and passionate about her work.
