My Son recently sold his house in Calgary. To me and my Son’s surprise, my Son’s Realtor did not have a Real Property Report to give to my Son’s Real Estate Lawyer on his day of Possession. Because of this, the money would not be transferred to him from the sale of his house. This was on a Friday afternoon at 1pm. We immediately searched on the Internet for a Surveyor to talk to. The first Company that appeared was Absolute Surveys. I called and Kent answered. Yay! I explained our situation and how we needed a RPR asap in order to complete the Sale of the House! Kent assured me that he would schedule his 2 Man Crew for Tuesday if I called him back on Monday to confirm that this is what we wanted to do. I immediately felt that we were in good hands! I called Kent back Monday, he sent his Surveyors Tuesday to our Property, he then submitted the Survey to the City on Wednesday and he then forwarded the City “Stamp of Approval” Document to us Thursday. We were able to forward the RPR to my Son’s Lawyer and he was able to forward the funds by Friday, the same week! We really appreciate that Kent and his Company were able to expedite this for us!
