I have an old F150. After several years of neglect (from both me and the previous owner), it had a list of issues needing to be addressed. I called Technical, describing known problems and explaining that I didn't want to spend much to fix this truck up. I said that I was prepared to junk the truck if repair costs ran too high. They convinced me to take it in for a look. After 3-4 hours they called back telling me the cause of each issue I described. In many cases the fix was much less significant than I expected. Couldn't diagnose the problem on my vehicle, they ordered in a part, installed it, didn't work. Then proceeded to charge me for it. They then acted shocked when I asked them to remove it. I have to miss more work now. I also had to call them to ask for an update on my vehicle.Upon returning to pick up, they did remove the part from my invoice and install the original. They were able to explain a little more clearly what they thought the problem might be. They still offered few suggestions. They also told me the car was not overheating, but first drive the next day, this was not the case.

Had winter tires installed, very happy with the service. After calling many tire shops in Edmonton and hearing that there was a 3 week wait time, I called Technical Automotive and the tires were installed the following day.
