Ashlie takes the time to understand exactly where your knots and stiff muscles are affwcting you, before she treats you with a quick chat before treatment. She also will demonstrate and instruct you how to release many issues with stretches, that I was NOT shown during 3 months of rehab in Calgary after my accident. I've actually fallen asleep during treatment, which I hope is a huge compliment to her. I instantly feel the muscle tension and stressed points being addessed and the relief. She's a Legend!
Able to go into my appointment feeling safe. The lights are dimed then you see plants that grow through the front reception. Each therapist gets to decorate their rooms. Welcomed by a positive upbeat therapist. Falling asleep on the table is welcomed.
I've been looking for a regular massage therapist for awhile. I wanted someone who just focused on my problem areas, and Kelton did exactly that. Very happy, will absolutely be going back.
