I had to downgrade my phone due to some financial problems. I went into the store and these guys were awesome. They gave me a fair price for the sale of my phone and worked a good deal on another phone. Unfortunately the phone that I got had a couple bugs that affected the performance of the phone. I went in there today to see what my options were with the phone and these guys stepped up to the plate and offered to take the phone back and set me up with another one.
