I was quite nervous for leaving my boy behind for the first time! They brought me comfort by sending photos and keeping me updated. I'm overall very happy with how they made sure my baby was tooken care of!. Would highly recommend and will be returning everytime for thier services. Thank you very much!.
I can't say enough good things about the boarding program they offer! My two dogs stayed here for a month during a rough time in my life and they took amazing care of my dogs, they took care of them like their own. It's hard leaving our fur babies especially for a long period but after a day I knew they were in great hands. They are extremely knowledgeable about how to tend to different needs to every animal that they take care of, the space is huge so there is lots of room for the dogs to play and it's not over crowded so you know each and every dog is being taken care of. Amazing. I got into town from driving from Victoria. The person that offered to watch my dog bailed. They accommodated me so much. I was able to visit and walk her. They loved her like their own. Will use again amazing customer service
