Went in on Black Friday to grab a product, asked if they had any walk ins for a haircut and they did. I cannot tell you how amazing of a job Mel did on my hair. I have 0 confidence and I left there in a totally different mode. She asked if she could add some layers and stuff, my only condition was still being able to put it in a pony tail. She did a fantastic job and I will definitely be back.

Greg cut my hair and did an awesome job! Had never been to chatters before, but I needed a cut badly. They happened to be open late, so we stopped by. Didn't have to wait long before getting in. Very good experience!

The worst hair cut of my life. Currently on the phone attempting to get a refund. Asked for about one to two inches off and she ended up cutting up to 4 inches off my head to the point that my hair went even go towards a side of my head. Ridiculous. Will not be coming back.Edit: ya it’s been like 5 years I don’t think this place deserves 1 star anymore.
