After my daughter’s first appointment didn’t go as planned, they listened to our concerns and brought her back in to redo her hair. They gave her the colour, layers, and thinning she had originally wanted, and the result was exactly what she was hoping for!
Most importantly, my 10-year-old left so happy and excited about her hair — which is all I wanted to see.
