Our Freezer quit blowing cold and stuff was starting to thaw. Called Bow Appliance mid afternoon on Wednesday and Merle came in about a half hour. He examined and worked on the freezer for a bit, discovered the issue which would need a 4-6 hour repair. He did a temp fix to get us through to Friday. Merle came on time Friday and though the work took a bit longer than expected he worked til it was repaired and stood by his initial quote. Friendly, prompt, knows his stuff, affordable and we will definitely use Merle again if we have Appliance issues in the future. Thanks!!
