Fast an efficient service! These guys helped us out with a dead furnace 2 days before Christmas. They got it working for us as a temporary fix. Then in the new year they were able to provide us a timely and competitive quote for a new furnace and AC unit. Then when our hot water tank died they came bright and early the next morning and replaced it. We did have a small concern with one of the finishings after the furnace installation. We brought it up with a technician and they came that week and fixed it up. Everything looks great and is running efficiently. We're grateful for how quickly they responded.
This year our furnace, hot water tank, and A/C all crapped out. They were quick with replacements, very knowledgable and left our house cleaner than when they arrived. Berger's has also done all the plumbing through our acreage renovations. Dustin always checks in after a job to see how it went.
February cold spell hit and our fan blower quit working. Woke up in the morning and the house was down to 12*C. Called Bergers as they have always been reliable service for us. Bergers again delivered and had our blower replaced and heat back on same day. Darryl was a technician that use to attend to our needs. Darryl was awesome. I think he has retired and now and Vincent showed up. Vincent was very professional and efficient and communicated with us very well. Appreciate Bergers plumbing.
