I came in tonight after a terrible experience with the other location the gentleman was really nice and understanding. I think he could tell I was having a rough day. He made the check cashing process quick and simple. I asked for him to explain the fees he didn't even question he was very polite and helped me understand. He listened to my complaint about the other location even though it had absolutely nothing to do with him. He helped make my night a little better just by being friendly and giving me a smile. I think he deserves a raise lol. Great guy.

Went in today and got signed up with a new Koodo account, the manager Tami was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she sure knows her stuff. I will definitely be back to this location !!
