One household, two loans, BOTH reporting 6 MONTHS of missed payments that have NEVER BEEN MISSED! Waited 2 weeks, filed with the BBB and still no progress on a solution. Next step I guess is local media. They clearly don’t care if they’ve completely misreported to your bureau and have no haste in having the issue rectified. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY.

Reported 6 MONTHS of missed payments that were NEVER missed. They don’t answer their phones or even attempt to rectify the situation, after over two weeks of trying to get this figured out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This place is absolutely horrible thay make you sit there for hour or longer I went to other places and 10 minutes max and I have get like 20 Loans before thay need to up there game
