We did some Boxing Day shopping and were extremely happy with our purchases and overall experience. We purchased an iPad for our daughter who is attending university, and Emily ensured it met every requirement my daughter needed and more. She took the time to make sure the correct pen was included, along with a screen protector and a proper case. Our daughter is absolutely thrilled with the iPad, and it has already made university life a little easier. I am so grateful to Emily for making sure she had exactly what she needed.

Wish there was more in stock at the store and was easily able to call the location instead of the call center. But 10 STARS for Udip - he is incredible at his job helping me with laptop choices. He seemed to be even more knowledgeable than one of the managers I spoke to. He was so friendly and spent a ton of time with me answering all my questions.

I never really write reviews but thought I would for these folks.I just wanted to express how fricking fantastic the Best Buy squad is in the Lloydminster division. I have major trust issues and I trust absolutely no one with my PC I built. However the crew in Lloyd I have no worries at all when I brought/bring my PC in.This PC I build cost me a fortune to build (video editing) and I'm not done, so it's understandable how I have trust issues haha.I had some software issues when building it so I had the squad fix them.I buy pretty much anything and everything from here and always will so long as they stay as awesome as they are.
