Sarah and her team have devised an awesome series of group fitness classes - they are so awesome I have been in regular attendance for 10+ years!Over the years she has somehow managed to keep things fresh, maintain her enthusiasm, and continue to support all of us on our fitness journeys.Keep up the great work!
Highly recommend Sarah and her team. Having access to athletic therapy and strength training under the same roof allows you to rehabilitate an acute injury and progress to the proactive work of strengthening, stabilizing and balancing. Great to have this level of expertise in a small community.
A wonderful team! I had a very painful shoulder, and after seeing Sarah 3 times my pain is virtually gone! Exercise classes are so inspiring, and fun. The instructors will always work with you at whatever level you are at, with so much encouragement that you will go home looking forward to the next time, and to continue improving your fitness level.
