Window Time is fantastic! Through no fault of theirs they had to wait almost 2 years to do an install and to complete a previous install (it was totally our fault). They were so patient with us. We felt bad because they had to wait so long to get paid for their product and services. They were nothing but kind about it. The product and installation was extremely well done, the new windows and doors are fabulous, the house is way less drafty and they look great as well.
I will happily hire them again should they be happy to work for us again given the gong show this project turned out to be - again, our fault, not theirs.
Another window and sliding door replacement project completed today by Window Time! This was a big job -- new large, floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding door. All done in two days -- efficient, precise fit, and flawless trim finish. Window Time has replaced 3 doors and multiple windows for us over the years -- high quality product and outstanding service every time!
