I would not recommend! They were hired by our contractor to do the plumbing in our new home. They did not pressure test and when they finally got the pump primed (after 3 days of trying!), a room in our basement flooded because they did not crimp a connection. We also had to get a new water pump because our brand new one fried after it took them so long to get it primed. They also did the plumbing in our new shop bathroom and did not use the piping that was run into the wall by our contractor and decided to do their own copper piping all on the outside of the wall. I am pleased with Willms plumbing for fixing my leaking pull-down kitchen faucet. They responded promptly to inquiries. However, I have a concern regarding my invoice.when I requested a quote for the repair, i was informed that the labor rate was $ __ per hour. The plumber provided a quote for replacing the entire faucet, assuming 2 hours of labor , with a possible reduction to 1.5 hours. Upon completing the job in under an hour, I was charged for 2 hours. I messaged Justin to inquire about the charge and he explained that.50 hours were allocated for the initial visit to assess and provide the quote. Everytime I've called, they have sent someone out next day. They are quick, knowledgeable and efficient.They've helped solve multiple issues now and we're very reasonably priced!Great service! I recommend them!
