I cannot say enough good about this business. I was greeted by staff in a manner that thanked me for being there. They prepared an estimate to replace the back cover of my laptop. The replaced that cover that same day in a couple of hours and did excellent work. They charged exactly what they quoted which was a good value right to begin with. The laptop cover is working great again and I highly recommend this business for computer and cell phone repairs. I watched the man in charge replace an iPhone screen protector and he did it quickly and perfectly. I would give them 10 stars if that were a choice.
I had broken my phone screen on my way to the area. They fixed it quickly on the same day and were great to deal with. When I got back my phone it had a minor color defect I noticed that evening and they fixed it as soon as I reached out.
Great customer service, super affordable pricing, I would recommend coming here for any of your tech needs.
EDIT: I brought this review from 1 star to 4 star after Wi West followed through with their promise of a full refund for the diagnostic fee. Massive kudos to them for owning the mistake and fully resolving it ASAP in a polite and professional manner, much appreciated guys. Clealy I mischaracterized this business based off an honest mistake - it's clear they do care about their customers.
