I highly recommend getting Rylan as your realtor. I've been house hunting and heard of him through my parents. He's very awesome to work with, he's not pushy, if you view a home and decide you're not interested, he respects the buyers decision. He fights to get the buyer the best deal, asks the right questions, and is very good at explaining things to me since I'm a first time buyer. I'm sure if he was hired to sell your home, he'd do the same for the seller and get them the best deal.
Very happy with my experience and if I ever sell the house I just bought, I'll be hiring Rylan through Royal LePage for sure.10/10 hands down.
