Made a call we needed their service and they had an opening the next day The dispatch said drivers would call. He did and was coming 2 hours earlier as their job finished quicker than they expected. The two technicians came, both were very well mannered and looked professional. Worked steady, had whatever tools they needed and cleaned up behind themselves very good. All in all you felt you had a program at work. Problem solved and money well spent.
I had to call first thing on a Sunday morning for a sewer backup, very pleasant to deal with and a quick response.
Issue resolved in a timely manner as it was a tree root issue.

After another Company failed to arrive in time to take care of an emergency water heater link, I called rotorooter. Justin was awesome. He stopped the leak in the middle of the night and returned in the morning to replace some pipes and made some excellent suggestions about getting a new water heater down the line..thanks for everything.
