Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. I brought them a video and they helped me trouble shoot my problem. Part was available and changed out myself. Will definitely be back when our next appliance goes on the fritz

I needed a drier element for a samsun drier so called a spoke with a lady on the phone who was very helpful. As I wanted to do the repair myself she directed me to a site where in information could be found. She also said we have the part you need here. When I arrived with the worn out one a man came out and test some of the components to if they still worked. Good service from these folks.
