I’ve been a pretty frequent customer over the years, took a brief hiatus from having any nails but recently started getting simple gel polish (because when I paint them myself at home they chip immediately, oops) The staff is very nice and friendly, they always recognize me and my mom and listen to our requests. They do an amazing job and make sure you like them when you’re done, and will do what they can to accommodate your desires. Very reasonable prices as well. I saw some negative reviews and I understand everyone’s experience is different, but you get what you give. I've recently gotten a fresh set of acrylics done, a fill and a removal which were all upsetting experiences. When I got my acrylics done they were done in such a rush which I really didn't like, think fast food process but for nails... For the fill, the paint on them started chipping off the following day. And lastly, the removal was done with force and little care for my natural nails' health. tI always feels like they're trying to rush you out of there and get to the next person.

The design is cute. She did a good job, but she made them very very thick and when I asked if she could make it thinner, she Gave me a weird look and said she would do it later and she did go in with that electric filing thing, but it didn’t do anything she used way too big of the extension size And it looks like my nail is a whole lot wider than it actually is I am not impressed
