I have always received great customer service at Catwalk. The stylists and estheticians are amazing.

I see Joanne for my hair, she does an awesome job, and always has helpful styling suggestions.

Tiffany and Caitlyn (hopefully I spelt it right) are personal and professional when my mom and I come in to get pedicures.

The only drawback is that the pedicure area is not accessible for those with mobility issues. My mom is 87 and has difficulty going up and down the stairs. I wish there was an area on the main level where pedicures could be done, or some system installed to make access to the upper level more mobility accessible.

One week before my wedding I realized I need help with my hair and the Cat Walk Salon and the staff was able to find me a stylist who made my hair spectacular for my big day but made me like a queen. When they found out it was a Star Wars themed wedding, they brought in cutouts for me to have a photo shoot with. I felt like family and will be coming back every time I am in Lethbridge. Thank you the Cat Walk staff for making my day memorable, fun, special and perfect from start to finish.

I just got my hair done and, as always, I’m so impressed with the results. I’ve been coming to this salon for almost five years now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it.

My stylist, who is also the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, talented, and truly passionate about what he does. He has such a great eye for creating a colour and/or haircut that brings out your best look. I always feel like I’m in such capable hands, and I leave feeling amazing every time. My hair is the healthiest it has ever been and that includes after getting my colour done!

I also love the atmosphere of the salon. The building itself has so much character, and I love knowing that it’s a historic building that was once the city’s first retail hardware store. It gives the salon such a unique and cozy feel.

And, of course, I have to mention the kitties! They are seriously the cutest and sweetest, and I look forward to seeing them almost as much as I look forward to my appointments. They’re such a fun and lovable part of the whole experience.

After all this time, it really feels like more than just a place I go to get my hair done. It’s a place I genuinely love coming back to. It’s always such a great experience, and I’m so happy I made that call for a consultation appointment all those years ago!
