MyService has the fastest response for service in the City. I give them a call for something like a hot water tank not working, AC going out, furnace issues, and they can typically get someone on site within the same business day. Both Ben and Tina are very helpful and kind. I couldn't recommend MyService enough!

I recently had Cory from My Service Company come out to replace the shut off valve for my water heater. This was on short notice I might add. Cory was very professional and fast and knowledgeable. Ben also was very professional knowledgeable and got back to me fast. Thanks Ben and Cory. I would highly recommend My Service Company. These guys are great.

Friendly staff who know what they're doing and care (which isn't easy to find these days)! We faced a unique situation in a heatwave with our year-old furnace/a-c unit and a warranty issue. Someone else installed, and we didn't have proper warranty registration. Tina, Lachlin and Ben were all great to work with for replacement parts and quick turn-around service. Highly recommend!
