Common sense is hard to find. Dont trust Liz or Mike, place was dirty, bathrooms nots clean.. Save some money go somewhere else.

I do not recommend using this company, at all. MLR was responsible for a property over a long period of time and disregarded all requests. The property was supposed to be non-smoking without pets. Upon further inspection of the property after terminating the agreement with MLR, cigarette burns were found on the carpet along with foul cat urine odor. The cat odor was somehow masked during the inspection with MLR but after a week, the smell returned and it is so bad the carpet will most likely need to be replaced.
