Ngozi is the best there is. Very good for relaxation. She can also stretch and crunch you in ways that you'll feel ten years younger when you walk out, and for a week afterwards. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Ngozi is excellent at targeting trouble spots and helping alleviate pain and stiffness. She is super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. From someone who trains frequently and deals with consistent pain in everyday life, I Highly recommend her!
