Called Kodiak for a check up on my Air Conditioner and Furnace check up post summer and pre winter. Jesse S was very helpful, thorough and knowledgeable for both units! He arrived promptly to our appointment and addressed all issues within a two hour time frame. Jesse was very personable and meets/exceeds Kodiaks employment standards! Thank you for your excellent work and education in Heating and Air conditioning; many things he informed me that I wasn’t aware of! Kodiak, this employee’s a keeper!!!
Kodiak sent Dan to assist us with a hot water tank leak today on short notice, under unusual circumstances. Dan made sure that our needs were met while creating a mechanical space that is appealing and functional. Dan is a huge asset for Kodiak. He is highly skilled, professional, pleasant, and communicates new products well. Dan is clearly a man of personal integrity and pride in a job well done. If you need anything for HVAC please contact Kodiak and ask for Jesse Steinborn! He came to our home yesterday as we had large amounts of water leaking from our furnace. He was so helpful and inspected every inch of the unit. He was able to give us tips and tricks on maintenance and of course solve the issue. He is 100% FANTASTIC!!! Thank you Jesse!
