I first came across Kodiak Heating and Plumbing when upgrading the air duct system in my commercial building. Trevor was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The job was completed to a high standard at a fair price.
Because of that positive experience, Kodiak Heating was my first choice for my basement renovation, and they did not disappoint. They came the very next day, completed the work efficiently, and provided clear pricing. Their heating team was fast, reliable, and professional.

We are more than pleased with the service at Kodiak. We have been dealing with them for 4 yrs now. Several days ago, our AC was not working properly. Even with having a very busy schedule, today they sent a technician who diagnosed the problem and gave us cool air again. Many thanks to Jesse Steinborn for your amazing service. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us in detail.

We had an air conditioner temporarily removed from our house by another company in town (rhymes with Harlton and Chill). We used them because after calling around to a few companies, they were the first available and we needed it done on very short notice. They charged us over TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS just to disconnect it (and it wasn’t even their emergency call out fee) while also disposing of the refrigerant, claiming it CANNOT be hooked back up again.
