“I visited the salon for a wash and style. My initial impression of the salon when I first entered was how bright, inviting and open it was.

Taylor was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She clearly read the notes I had left in my online booking, because she knew exactly what I was in for and what I wanted. I have vivid blue color in my hair, and she asked if I was okay with a cold wash to keep the color from bleeding.

Learning that I was only visiting town for a few days, she suggested some things that I could do with my family while we are in town.

“If I could give Marcia 5,000 stars, I would. I had to cut my hair very short about six months ago and have been wearing wigs, which I was not enjoying. I went to a few salons in town to see if I could get extensions, but they all said my hair needed to be longer. Then I found Marcia, who said she could add extensions using her braiding and weaving method. Marcia did exactly what she promised and made me feel like my old self again. I have recently decided to grow out the grey in my hair but, even though I no longer wish to colour, I still want to leave the salon feeling transformed and amazing! Shanlee gave me an incredible cut, taking the time with my thick, coarse hair to ensure it was properly shaped, thinned, textured and styled. The salon itself is small and intimate and the people are super friendly! The mix of stylists and clientele during my visit was diverse in age and style and I loved how everyone engaged in the same conversations at times. “Always great service! Most importantly I would like to commend the new owner for being an amazing person who took on a credit owed to me by the previous owner, Kelsey Yule. The credit was $2000 which she was supposed to reimburse me when she sold the business. She ignored all my correspondence & ghosted me, never paying me back my credit.

The new owner has graciously offered to redeem my credit for services at the school even though it was Kelsey Yule's responsibility. This goes above & beyond amazing customer service! I will forever be grateful to her & the school for honouring this credit. So nice to know there are some decent, caring & kind business women out there.

Also very disappointed & sad to know that a local business woman (Kelsey Yule) does not care about customers or honouring her commitments.“
