I had such a great experience today. All the staff in there are so kind and made me feel super welcome, like we’d known each other forever. I never once felt awkward or rushed. My stylist just made the whole appointment feel easy and comfortable. Honestly, one of the best hair appointments I’ve had — I’ll definitely be going back!
Frozann was amazing to work with and she did a beautiful colour of blond highlights to match the rest of my hair. I am so happy with what she has done, it took her two hours less than what I am used to with other stylists(I have thick long hair) and she was very fast with the foiling. First popped in right around the holidays and found the atmosphere absolutely charming and the staff lovely plus my hair looked great and it didn't cost me my first born child ?
Fast forward two months and I brought in my 8 year old for Valentine's Day (who is Neurodivergent and not a fan of hair cuts).
