I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ken Smith and his team.
After multiple visits elsewhere for the same issue, we finally felt heard. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared about my dog’s comfort and well-being.
The entire team was so kind and patient, and they went above and beyond to make a stressful situation feel calm. Being able to stay with my dog while she was sedated meant so much to me.
Her nail has finally been properly treated, and they even caught another issue while she was under.
I’m so grateful we found this clinic. This is what veterinary care should feel like.

Dr. Smith and his staff were amazing with our cat Milo. They were able to treat his diabetes and we were able to keep him for another year until he unfortunately had to be put to sleep. They were kind and thoughtful when the time came to put him to sleep. They gave us extra time before and after. Let us know our options for cremation, and when I changed my mind about cremation options the next day, we’re able to fix it for me. They also gave us some of his fur clippings per my daughter’s request, and extra paw prints (and pleasantly surprised with nose prints too). This is not your normal 5 star review - let me explain...a few weeks ago we had our dog in here for a surgery and everything went well but when we got home we noticed that they missed something important. We called and let them know the mistake they made and they agreed that it was their mistake and the scheduled him in for a complimentary revision. It is okay if people mess up, but not all people have the humility to own up to it and make it right. Very good people at this clinic! And the pup is doing great.
