After fix- really happy with my hair now, went back to get my hair fixed . Now they look shiny and nice exactly the way i wanted them. Thank you chase. Paid to get damaged hair and bad colour job, stylist was the least helpful. Hated the results so much that i was almost in tears. Please safe your money before you decide to go here. Re: my stylist did not offer me to come back or to make any adjustments, I told her i hated how it looked and tell me how can we fix it , she said maybe you should not go any lighter if you don’t like it and then started cleaning and ignoring me.
