I was on my way to Calgary and had some car trouble. I stopped in to see if they could help me. They greeted me with a smile and quickly checked to see if the mechanic was free to help me. My vehicle was checked, fixed and I was back on the highway in no time. Thank you to all the staff that helped me! ?
Sharon and her team are fantastic. We were in a pinch, with unexpected car troubles after a road trip, and stopped in at Quick Lane. Service was top notch, the mechanics were super knowledgeable and helpful, and overall just fantastic to deal with in our time of need. Couldn't recommend this shop more. If we lived in Innisfail we'd be taking our cars here all of the time for servicing.
Our daughter was driving from Calgary to pick up her winter tires and it started to snow. I called around 10:30 Saturday morning to see if they could put her winter tires on. Sharon was extremely helpful and said they would make sure they were on before they closed. The fit her in right before closing (took longer to get her since hiway was getting bad). I am so thankful to Sharon and the guys for their fast help; and only $21 to put the tires on since they weee already on rims. Thank you for your help todayService: Tires
