I recently got to know about these guys through my girlfriend and ended up getting a quote for some work that I have to do, but had to get an oil change from them today for low oil level. Just wanted to say that I had a great experience with them and got all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Felt like these guys are pretty honest with everything they can and cannot do. To me this goes a long way. I definitely recommend them for any car work and I myself will be going to them for all my future car needs. Thank you guys for all that you offer. Much appreciated.
This weekend, in the midst of moving a house, the trailer being used caught a flat. Who knew it would be due to a plexiglass chunk the size of a shark's tooth? Anyway, a quick phone call to Kalee at the shop, and I was able to get in and get it fixed.
When I got there, Justin was ready to go. He opened the door as I walked up, offered me a coffee when they heard about my morning, and got right to work sorting things out.
Two things jumped out for me when I was there:
1) they're both fantastic, kind humans. This is my second Innisfail-experience with wonderful customer service.
