We had a front spring break on our vehicle and wanted to buy local. It was late afternoon when I asked for a . quote. The next morning I recieved a text with the quote. I opened the message and approved the work I wanted done. I felt the prices fair and competitive.
We got the vehicle in the next morning and also had a couple of other things looked after as well.
The service and communication was fast friendly and efficient. We will be reaching out in the future for additional maintenance needs.
All in all, we were without the vehicle for 36 hours.

Napa 20/20 are very professional from the moment they take my keys they treat my vehicle well, by putting on seat and floor protectors and take the odometer reading before driving it into the shop. I have been taking my vehicle in for regular oil changes and because the shop has a standard visual courtesy check, they have recommended some important repairs such as the serpentine belt for example. I would rather know that it has a small tear and replace it rather than for it to come apart while driving. My vehicle has over 300,000 km and it is still running great, I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for service.
