This family-owned tire shop exceeded my expectations. Facing a flat tire off the highway, I headed to their shop for help, and they delivered exceptional service promptly. Mike showcased impressive skills, ensuring a quick and effective solution. The warmth and genuine kindness of the entire family, his wife and mother, made the experience even more remarkable. Toyo tires I traditionally purchased elsewhere were back ordered with no known delivery date in sight. I spoke with the folks at Innisfail Tire and Lube and they assured me many of their construction / oil industry clients were very happy with the "Sailun" Line of tires. I liked the tread design and decided to try them in early fall and it is now full on winter roads and I am beyond happy with the performance in all types of weather conditions. The Sailun tires were considerably less $ than Toyo, but they are certainly of the same quality, based on the incredible handling characteristics on our winter Alberta roads.
